Culture
Ghana is home to over 93 mammal species, with large mammals including elephants, hippos, buffalo, and warthogs. Lions exist here, but you would never see one. However this lack of predators makes for a unique experience because you can safari on foot in Ghana!

Ghana is a diverse and exciting country that has many things to visit. Ghana is home to some incredible coastline, mountains and landscapes. The Larabanga Mosque is a mosque, built in the Sudanese architectural style in the village of Larabanga, Ghana. It is the oldest mosque in the country and one of the oldest in West Africa, and has been referred to as the "Mecca of West Africa"
Sights
Tilapia, fried whitebait (Chinam), smoked fish and crayfish are all common components of Ghanaian dishes. The cornmeal based staples, Banku and Kenkey are usually accompanied by some form of fried fish or grilled Tilapia and a very spicy condiment made from raw red and green chilies, onions and tomatoes (hot pepper sauce). Banku and Tilapia is a combo served in most Ghanaian restaurants.
Cuisine
There are many styles of traditional and modern music of Ghana, due to Ghana's cosmopolitan geographic position on the African continent. The best known modern genres originating from Ghana are Highlife, Hiplife, Gospel and Reggae.
